At E.P. Dentistry 4 Kids, we do everything we can to make coming to our family dental center affordable because we want to make sure that your child is provided with the best dental care for kids.
In an effort to keep your visit affordable, we accept most dental insurance plans. These plans include:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Delta Dental
- United Concordia (TRICARE)
For your convenience, we are now accepting New Mexico Medicaid. Below is a complete list of the New Mexico plans we accept:
- NM Medicaid
- Blue Cross Community Centennial
- Presbyterian Centennial
- United Healthcare
If you don’t see your insurance plan listed above, please call our Dyer St. office (915-751-0123), our Mesa St. Office (915-504-6888), or our Zaragoza office (915-855-4442), and we will let you know whether you’re in our network!
Benefits - Our family dental center does not determine which benefits you receive from your insurance company. Insurance companies set their own schedules, and they determine which fees they deem acceptable.
Insurance Coverage - One important thing to remember is that insurance does not cover 100% of all procedures. Most the time, insurance only pays for about 50%-80% of the average total fee. Please keep this in mind when it comes time to pay for an appointment.
Paying the Claim - By law, insurance companies are required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. At E.P. Dentistry 4 Kids, all of our insurance claims are filed electronically, so your insurance company will receive the claim within a few days of treatment. We will collect from you whatever your insurance company is not expected to pay during your appointment. If your insurance company does not pay the claim after 30 days, you are responsible for paying the fee. We are more than happy to refund you once your insurance company has paid us.
